New Update to Dietary Guidelines

The latest updates to our official Dietary Guidelines recently released by the Obama administration has some good information, particularly regarding sugar intake.  As we’ve said repeatedly, sugar is a HUGE problem.  Obesity, diabetes, cancer, inflammation, these are just a few of the problems caused by sugar.

The guidelines, updated every five years, advise Americans to limit sugar intake to no more than 10% of daily calories.

Better advice would be to eliminate sugar entirely.
