Eating sugar damages and eventually destroys your nerves
Giving a bump to this review of Sugar Crush on the Nutrition Equation.
This is an excellent introduction to the effects of high sugar diets with special emphasis on neuropathies. It improved my understanding of that aspect of sugar-induce pathology.

Brace Yourself for some hard facts
Richard Jacoby painstakingly explains the science behind inflammation and nerve damage due to sugar and high carb consumption.
….
now when I look at high carb, processed foods I have a deeper understanding as to how they rack havoc with my health, I am turned off rather than turned on by them. Thank you Dr. Jacoby.
